DPDP-Compliant Policy
1. General Rule
All fees paid are non-refundable, except in specific cases defined below.
Please review course details carefully before making payment.
2. Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate payments → Full refund
- Course cancelled by Saarthak → Full refund
- Major technical failure affecting access → Partial or full refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Non-attendance or inactivity
- After LMS/platform access is granted
- Discounted, scholarship, or promotional enrollments

5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Disputes
Any disputes arising from refunds will be handled in accordance with Indian law. Jurisdiction shall be as defined in our Terms of Service.
